Born in southern California, Joseph T. Hawkins moved to Albuquerque, NM at 8 years old. He has always been an active person, spending most of his time outdoors, whether in the mountains or at the beach. Joseph lived in South Korea for 2 years on a proselyting mission before getting married in 1999. He and his spouse have been blessed with 5 wonderful kids.

Apart from his love for outdoor activities, Joseph enjoys playing soccer and golf. He graduated from UNM in 2010 and has worked in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry for 25 years. Currently, he serves as the VDC/BIM Department lead for a local general contractor.

Joseph’s passion for creation led him to the field of design. Over the years, he has designed and built a dozen custom homes. In the late 2000s, he discovered his talent for writing and delved into fiction. In 2020, he completed a fictional fantasy trilogy titled “Jay” and is currently working on another fantasy series called “Dungeon Wars.”
